If your daughter loves music, dance, and is just a bundle of energy then she will love Rhythmic Gymnastics. "Rhythmics" combines the beauty, artistry and grace of ballet with the coordination and skill of apparatus handling. Gymnasts perform routines to music using hand apparatus such as ribbon, ball, hoop, rope or clubs.

Your daughter will absolutely fall in love with rhythmic gymnastics. The fun she will have through creative dance, learning new apparatus skills, the flexibility she will develop, the friendships she will make, all will last a lifetime. It is truly amazing to watch our gymnasts grow and become outstanding athletes.

During gymnastic classes a gymnast may wear a basic leotard or any dance wear. Any clothing should allow free movement and should not be baggy. Hair should be pulled away from their face in either a pony tail or a bun. No jewelry should be worn (stud earings are ok). TBR has a class to fit your schedule. There is no obligation to try rhythmic gymnastics and the first class is always free. No experience is necessary and gymnasts will be placed in the appropriate level as they progress.
